We are a Company that thrives to provide essential and quality components for GPU Mining.
Orders are packed and sent to AusPost within 24 hours.
From there it varies pending on standard or express, and if you are in a metro area or not.
We accept all major payment types including Paypal. We also accept Crypto currency.
For all of our products we provide 30 Days Warranty, to find out more you can read our policies in regards to returns and refunds.
We do provide this service, email or text to enquire for more.
Whilst we do provide support over the phone, each call is limited to 5 minutes max.
Yes, on bulk product orders only
That is fine, you will have to order the new products and pay for shipping, once we process the orders we will provide a refund based on the difference of postage cost between the two combined orders.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
